There is no need for moderators, only timekeepers.
The candidates should be allowed two minutes to discuss a topic, the opponent has 1 minute to comment or question, the first person has 30 seconds to respond. Then it reverses.
Time keepers with a button to cut off the mic after the time is up. Lol
