What was with Biden’s eyes tonight? They were so dilated, there was no white at all in those eyes. Completely black. And creepy!

I noticed. Good to know I wasn’t alone.
I’m sure theres a good reason why he refused a drug test which only detects certain drugs like cocaine, meth, crack, opiates and such. Does that mean he’s using commonly abused street drugs?
