That's the truth. One of my daughters lived in the Oakland hills for some time, commuting to her job in Emeryville. She would drive down the hills to MLK Blvd and make her way to work every morning. I told her I worried about her safety. She said she could handle it. Then there was a carjacking at gunpoint at the intersection with MLK that she passes thru. Not to long after that, she moved - to another state.
Nothing good ever happens on MLK Boulevard.
That is true in any city where there is a MLK Boulevard
