" “”””’The is no compelling reason to use forcible entry to serve a search warrant.””””” You maybe don’t get out much. Either that or......????? "

Do you have a point?

What is the compelling reason we must continue to allow unreasonable forcible entry into peoples homes?

Go ahead and tell us all what justifies this risk?

“unreasonable forcible entry into peoples homes?”

Although not quite a no-knock warrant, this is an example of searches that cross the line for me.

This was 100% political, excessive, and used legal “features” that abridged freedom of speech. This is the kind of search that should never be allowed.

Knock knock. This is the police. We have a search warrant. Please let us in whenever you get done flushing all the heroin down the toilet. Thanks.
