It may well be though that more females do vote than males these days (they do I think—not sure about PA), and there may also be 6% more Dems than GOP in PA (not sure about that either).
Both seem demographically correct for PA.

Basically to believe this poll, you are saying Binden is going to perform in PA like OBAMA did in 2008, and Trump is going to perform like McCain... its absolute garbage, and laughable on its face.
I have lived in PA other than 15 months since 1986, and I cannot compare what I am seeing for Trump here with ANY other candidate ever. I was very confident Trump would win PA and the entire upper midwest, sans MN and IL last cycle and stated it many times.. His platform of attacking “free” trade and Illegals was custom designed for this region that had been absolutely destroyed by decades of both parties selling America out.
4 years ago, many people stayed home or voted for Hillary out of fear, and belief that Trump was just another politician saying anything but going to do nothing...
4 years later, those voters won’t fall for the fear mongering and won’t stay home, they have seen directly the impact the Trump administration has had for this region, and they will indeed show up.
Its comical, absolutely comical, for anyone to be telling you Trump is going to LOSE up here.. he’s not... only MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD.. like NEVER EVER seen before is the ONLY prayer for the D’s up here.
The ONLY state in the upper midwest where Trump may underperform 16 is Ohio, and that’s because of DeWine’s handling of Covid.
The Covid nonsense is going to cost folks big time, and neither party seems to see it.. .This election will be the first time voters are going to be able to directly voice their anger at this crap.. And In PA, the Dems are going to get slaughtered... same thing to a lesser extend in MI, WI and MN as well... This Dynamic will be against GOP/DeWine in OH... because there is a GOP governor there who has stupidly done a lot of silly things... none as silly as PA, and MI etc.. but still silly and still angering the populace.
Any poll showing Biden up, let alone up significantly ANYWHERE up here, other than IL... is a joke... BEST case for Biden would be a surprise squeaker somewhere up this part of the country at BEST... so any poll showing him up and up big up here is just garbage on its face.
