Every elite government physicist in the world knows that the impact of CO2 on temperature is almost 100% saturated and adding more CO2 won’t have any significant impact on global temperature.

There is virtually no CO2 in the atmosphere.

4/100ths of a percent is awfully close to zero. That tiny fraction of this benign natural gas is not likely to have an "impact" on anything.

Good points there. CO2 only absorbs a very slight sliver of the infrared spectrum, and today the infrared light that it can absorb is very close to 100% absorbed within 300 meters of the earth. Adding more CO2 won’t have any significant impact on climate. Man-made climate change caused by fossil fuels is just tribal mythology of democrats and other left-wingers.
