Yes, basically debates are attacking the Incumbent on his actions, and the challenger on his positions, the challenger can say whatever he wants. It’s easy to say, “I would have done A or B”, with the benefit of hindsight.

Joe’s been in office what ... 47 years? He was Obama’s VP for 8 years. What has he accomplished? He got black people locked up, enabled Anita Hill, left permanent lip marks on Obama’s butt, enriched himself/family at the expense of the USA, and he sniffed/pawed an awful lot of women/kids that he met as a result of his job(s). Nice record, Joe - too bad Trump will look ‘mean’ & crude if he brings this up when political careers are contrasted.
