Beginning to wonder if the Dems are allowing Joe to go ahead with debate so public can see that he is incapable and therefore will understand that Kmala will take over as Pres. candidate.

In fact I did the entire Election Night 2016 online with just four browser windows open - Free Republic, Reddit (The_Donald), Drudge, and the NYT results page.
You might laugh at the last two but Drudge hadn't gone all the way to the dark side then and the NYT had the best results of anybody. In fact, they had Trump winning the election by 9:30 that evening. Hours before anybody else started admitting it.
