Now the argument is that they no longer need prof Flynn lied because he has already plead guilty. No mention of the pressure the fbi used to induce the guilty plea?

Talk about a dog bites man story.

Prosecutors apply pressure. It's their job.

The FBI does not use pressure to obtain convictions. The FBI is 100 times more honest and righteous than All Mighty God. If you don’t believe it, ask Sean Hannidity. In fact, you don’t have to ask him. Just listen to him for two seconds and he will tell you. It is the Primer Law Enforcement Agency in the World. It was posted on this forum over and over,”Comey is arrow straight. He tells it like it is. He lets the chips fall where they may. Plus muck, much more that I can’t recall. With your own lying eyes and your own weary brain look back, see what happened and draw your own conclusions.

Yes, this is the heart of the procedural stuff going on. By pleading guilty to things that he didn’t do, Flynn commuted perjury. The stuff about his kid is irrelevant.
