Long story short, 8 of the 9 battleground states have republican controlled legislatures. If the mail-in vote gets tied up in the courts they can just declare Trump the winner. Final decision comes down to the state delegations in the house. 1 vote for each delegaion. Trump wins again.
Maybe next time around Newsweak can be sold for the ginormous profit of 50¢.

Let's go for the big picture. Trump will probably wine the electoral college votes necessary. If Democrats try to throw a monkey wrench in the Electoral College voting, it will be litigated.
If that happens it will be clear to all that the Democrats do not want Democracy. That will provide after election popular support to the Republican party for a long long time.
Even if by some horrible accident Biden is elected, how long will Dementia Joe be in office? His “election” then death or resignation along with all of the Democratic Party mischief would be a death sentence for the Democratic Party.
