I’m sure most, if not all these “skeptical” black-robed terrorists were appointed by 0bama and Clinton. I believe Trump is winning the argument in the minds of the people. I notice now that the Media/Dem Party is actually pushing in-person voting because more and more people are skeptical about the security of universal or unsolicited mail-in voting. Basementman and Mrs Basementman voted in-person, both Clinton’s also tweeted about them voting in-person.

The Dems have picked the venues to push last minute election law changes through the courts. Look no further than the choice to use the state court in Wisc. vs. the federal courts in Penn. The Wisc. case was already brought to the federal court by Reps and once the Dems brought it to the state court the fed court placed their case on hold awaiting the state court’s decision. Now that the Wisc. SC has ruled the fed court case is going forward.

The Dems are now pivoting to in-person voting because they know they will lose in the fed courts, (stays are already issued in some of the cases at the appellate level and will overturn the lower courts/state courts.

The basic reasoning for overturning the Dems temporary wins in the lower courts is that the lower courts can not change current law. That is the right of the legislature, not the court.

The pandemic fear does not give rise to changing laws since there is plenty of time for voters to vote early, in-person, via absentee mail or mail-in voting. The voter is responsible to ensure they follow all current election laws, (signing envelope, witnesses, security envelope, mailing on time or dropping off at county election office/drop boxes and other election laws).
