Ah, but if they go to the federal court over PA, the make up is 3rd Circuit (PA) 6 Dem, 8 GOP

The problem is the federal court will be more reluctant to interfere with a state court decision.
Also a some of those GOP on the 3d Circuit are probably Bush holdovers.
