Acid (LSD) is cheap and effective if all you need is a documentablw psychotic episode.
Lots of people have done acid since the 60s. Most people who did acid did not barricade themselves in their houses with guns threatening self-harm. Kinda like how alcohol doesn’t make you into an a*hole, it just brings it out if you already were one.
