It should be the Internal Revenue Service, since the US Government can harass us no matter where we live in the world.
If the IRS gets its money from your check before you do then you are a slave. It is tragic irony that while American kids were shedding blood in wars overseas during World War II the federal government used the need to fund those wars to further enslave America and drastically expand the number of Americans that had to pay the federal income tax. Killing foreigners abroad to justify enslaving Americans at home is evil.
