Great idea.
After Trump is re-elected and Republicans retain the Senate, they should get rid of the filibuster and pack the court.
Well, not really, but they should propose it, just to watch the democrats squirm....very entertaining.
Problem is that there is historical precedent: FDR tried to do the same thing. You’ll never hear that spoken, however, because Democrats don’t like to paint their heroes in a bad light.
