Rittenhouse faces a first-degree intentional homicide charge in the death of 26-year-old Anthony Huber, among other charges. Conviction on the Huber-related charge carries a mandatory life sentence.
Absolutely outrageous he was arrested in the first place. State sponsored terrorism that has been going on for months, and the citizen is not allowed his God given right to self defense? Huber attacks Rittenhouse when Rittenhouse is down on the ground. Huber hits Rittenhouse on the head and shoulder with a skatebord.
Then Huber wrestles with Rittenhouse for he rifle. The rifle is fired as Huber is pulling the rifle from the barrel toward him.
It is classic self defense against a mob attack. Huber was one of several individual pursuing Rittenhouse. As Rittenhouse trips, someone gives the command "Git his A$$".
It is insane for the prosecution to portray this a first degree intentional homicide.
