Unless there is an articulated threat, I disagree. We cannot allow the mere expression of an opinion, popular or not, to be criminalized.
Disturbing the peace for verbally accosting police after a dispersal order is fair game, though.
Getting in somebodies face and screaming should be harassment.
How about we allow the police a rebuttal to in your face verbal harrassment in the form of three free shots with a billy club?
