We’ve had all kinds of problems, including with delivery confirmation and signature required. It clears up, I donate, it comes back. We’ve removed most of our important stuff from the USPS stream now. And we pay for UPS and FedEx whenever we can. We’ve stopped using a lot of merchants who wouldn’t let us pay for that option. And we’re also driving a lot further to get what we need/want rather than have it mailed.
