Country music star Willie Nelson has released a new animated music video for his single “Vote ‘Em Out,” which he originally wrote for the 2018 midterm elections.
Willie Nelson, who is backing Joe Biden’s bid for the White House, doesn’t mention President Donald Trump in the song or the new music video. But on his official YouTube page, the octogenarian singer encourages viewers to register to vote with the progressive, anti-Trump group Rock the Vote.

I’m a huge Willie fan from back in the day, but I saw him in “concert” about 4 or 5 years ago and I was truly embarrassed for him. It was hard to watch.

My brother and his wife went to see BB King about 5 years ago. Out at some casino.
So BB strums a few chords at the beginning of one of his songs and then abruptly stops. He starts to introduce the band. My brother is thinking “Oh - I guess that’s okay.”
Except it went on for 10 minutes.
“Okay - lets play some music!”
He starts playing one of his famous songs and after the first chorus invites the crowd to sing. They sing the same verse over and over again. People started to trickle out. IIRC the entire crowd had left before the first song had ended.
They all complained to the casino of course. My brother said they were offered free tickets to two shows, or a refund of their money.
“Seeing the quality of their acts, we took the money!”
Sad to see when stars try to perform when they just don’t have it anymore.
Same here. Saw him at Billy Bob's (Ft Worth), and he genuinely sucked. Obviously shit-faced.
