Sidney Powell Discusses Explosive New Texts and Documents With Lou Dobbs – Corrupt FBI Officials Even Purchased Professional Liability Insurance…

Michael Flynn defense attorney, Sidney Powell, calls-in to Lou Dobbs to discuss the explosive new evidence released to her by the DOJ.

In an update to briefings before the court Sidney Powell released today a set of previously hidden text messages within the FBI investigative unit highlighting the fraudulent and corrupt premise behind the targeting of her client [pdf link]. The documents are also embedded below.

Ms. Powell discusses the stunning nature of the release and how the texts and documents show a targeted effort against candidate Trump, President-elect Trump, President Trump and her client Michael Flynn who was the incoming National Security Advisor. This release is perhaps the most damning so far. (video @ link)

The corrupt units within the FBI and CIA even went so far as to purchase professional liability insurance after the election because they knew their prior activity could lead to criminal, civil and financial lawsuits. A stunning internal admission.

I would be remiss if I did not remind everyone the DOJ (Barr and Durham) asked the FISA court for guidance in sharing classified and corrupt FISA associated information with litigants in civil (and criminal proceedings). Ergo, given the nature of their activity this insurance issue by the corrupt officials has some substantive context for legal exposure.

Purchased insurance for something they have already done and are in the process of continuing. If this was not disclosed to the insurer... it is insurance FRAUD.

They would immediately arrest you and me for that.

A red state Attorney General needs to find a connection and make arrests.

We kept hoping that the noble “rank and file” members would eventually step forward to expose this malfeasance. Now we know that their reaction was to purchase personal liability insurance.

Hello, State Farm, I just ran into another car and would like to buy insurance. The other driver looks like he’s hurt badly so I would like as much liability as I can get. Is it a problem that I was going 110 in the wrong lane and I’m pretty drunk too? Hello? Hello?

This is WHY Soros dumped so damned much cash into turning Virginia blue. Too many Swamp Creatures live there and if they had a Red State government they'd be liable for exactly this type of prosecution.

Yes, it’s a crime to commit insurance fraud. Sabir Singh and Kabir Singh pleaded guilty to committing insurance fraud and other felonies. Their maximum sentence could be 11 years and six months. Deputy District Attorney John F. Hubanks said they routinely lied to their insurance company. Now if the FBI analysists told their insurance company that everything was vetted before they approved the Christopher steele dossier even though Marco Rubio said every intelligence agency warned that the Steele dossier was suspect, then it can be shown that they lied to the insurance company.

I was a federal LEO for 25 years and always carried professional liability insurance.

Here is the truth, professional liability insurance does not cover you for criminal acts committed in the course of your duties. You are on your own.

Its more for say a traffic accident you are involved in on duty and you get sued as an individual. You don't want an incompetent attorney from the DOJ representing you because they have nothing to gain or loose from the outcome.

Well there is an entire industry designed to find that magical connection to Louisiana for any case so it can get into their Napoleonic system of tort law.

There is a way, somehow, to tie these agents to Texas somehow.

Doesn’t matter. CNN/PMSNBC/NYT/WP says Adam Schiff is honest, and therefore Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election. End of story.
