The charges would not have been dismissed. The charges were political in nature, not legal. He would have received the maximum sentence. The White cowards running the Country now realize that they must keep the Black crocodiles in the rivers placated therefore, when necessary they feed them a random White to sate their appetites and hope they will eat them last.
