I’ll wager they will pump him full of some caffiene-laden something-or-other to keep him from falling asleep.....!! what a fraud..but, then again, he’ll be asked questions like “If you could be any kind of tree, what kind of tree would you be....?”
That is why we will not see him during the day...maybe a night event before the debate
With his sundowning syndrome they are trying to change his schedule so he can stay awake later.
They’re probably resetting his sleep cycle in the basement so he’s wide ‘awake’ at 9 pm. This takes a week or so to accomplish so he probably won’t be doing any more daytime appearances before the debate.
The appropriate stimulant drugs will help too. C’mon man!!
He’s of the belief he doesn’t have to do or say a darned thing because the ballot harvesting will allow him to win.
At the request of the Biden campaign, the debate has been moved to 8am.

I did a vanity post a few weeks ago considering and asking if we could predict the reason for the Democrats to disenfranchise their own voters. Seriously, that is what they are doing between Biden and the riots, plus the Covid scare tactics...
We are worried they are trying to steal the election, when as the weeks pass, I am more inclined to start thinking they are setting up to STOP an election. Have we ever had a candidate removed from the ticket this late in the game?
Talk about voter disenfranchisement as millions of democrats end up without a candidate to vote for. What an October surprise that would be!

People look at Joe Biden, they know he can't do the full term; but, a good VP would allow them to vote for him. But, Kamala is not a likeable alternative. So, keep her in the basement, too.

I read, somewhere today, that maybe, just maybe, they are trying to "reset" his "clock", so that he can do a debate at night.

Do you have a source/link for the 3% annual tax on homes? Everywhere I look says that’s false. Is he couching it in something else?
I found several “progressive” leaning sites that say the proposed 3% home tax is not true.
Haven’t found any site I trust explicitly saying one way or the other.
I’ll keep digging, as Biden has never met a tax he didn’t like!
