I think honk it helps the republicans to have the 3 on the ballot. Why go to court?

Plus, it’s not a major party, and they can’t just postpone an election, when the federal law says the election must take place the first Tuesday in November.
I looked it up. The druggie got 5 percent which is eligible for being on the ballot. Then state law says if a person dies within 79 days of the election, the new election is held the second Tuesday of February.
