I don’t think it was leaked. The article says Flynn’s lawyer released it. I cannot imagine she would file stuff she has that she got illegally.

You’re correct, I just heard her interviewed. She said the DOJ gave it to her last night.
It was not leaked. It was produced by the DOJ as part of the continuing obligation to provide discovery, (Brady material), to the defense. Sidney used it to file a supplementary filing in the current case as another reason why the case needs to be dismissed with prejudice.
