(4)Children of a former President who are under 16 years of age.
Hunter is far from under 16 years of age. If he was traveling with his father, a sitting vice president, that is legal. But he cannot independently take AF2 for personal business without the VP. He doesn’t, and didn’t then, qualify.

yes...it is unusual (but refreshing) to see the Republicans be this aggressive in going after a Dem presidential candidate...but the Dem's 100% brought this on themselves by going after Trump on the Ukraine/Hunter Biden issue (and by nominating such a corrupt POS as Biden).

Okay, prove it. But even if you do, it means nothing except Joe lied. You still haven’t got anything on Hunter that violates any laws here in the US. And lying by a president, or a VP, or a speaker of the house, or an intelligence committee chairman......is acceptable I guess. And in some cases, laughable. But not against the law for Hunter.

It actually started with BH Enterprises in China where Hunter was partnered up with Chris Heinz, John Kerry’s adopted son. Hunter owns 10% of the stock (CEO), and Heinz has 5%.
But the problem with all this is proof. Everything they have rolled into is speculation. It’s a want of find something, not finding it. I’d like to see Joe get it too because I feel he is guilty as sin for a number of federal law violations to especially include using government funds to protect his family on funds earmarked by treaty to the Ukraine. And that’s on film with him bragging about it.
But that one is being ignored by everyone, so, no substantial proof to work with. Nothing illegal.
