Doubt that will happen, but it is certainly true that those financing Domestic/International Terrorists organizations should be held accountable.

Re your post the DOJ's mission statement says that its job is "to ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic". Obviously they're not performing in accordance with their own mission statement.
Don't expect accountability any time soon.
