We have the 2nd Amendment to keep and bear arms; which amendment protects us once we exercise our 2nd Amendment right?
The one means nothing without the other.
The AG initially refused to press charges, saying it was self-defense.
Then the leftist mob descended onto the DA's home, so then he caved and convened a grand-jury.
Instead of lawyering up, Gardener cooperated with the police. The DA was going to use that confession to (with a biased grand jury) to nail Gardner to the wall.
Gardener was facing at least 20 years in prison for manslaughter and aggravated assault. That's when he sadly committed suicide.
Look, I respect the cops, but you should NEVER cooperate with them in a case like this. Things are going to get ugly and if I'm defending myself and get hauled off to jail for questioning, I ain't saying s--t.
