An election watchdog has found that there may be as many as 350,000 dead individuals on voter rolls across 42 states.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), an Indiana-based election integrity group, conducted a nationwide study to identify the hundreds of thousands of deceased individuals on voter rolls. During its analysis, the group also found that nearly 40,000 likely duplicate registrants "appear to have cast second votes in 2018 from the same address."
Just five statesNew York, Texas, Michigan, Florida, and Californiaaccounted for 51 percent of the total number of deceased individuals on voter rolls, according to the group. PILF further found that nearly 15,000 registrants were credited with voting after death in the 2016 and 2018 elections.
"Our voter rolls have not, and will not be ready for a mail-focused election this November," said Logan Churchwell, communications director for PILF. "State court decisions in swing states allowing for relaxed deadlines, signature verification, and harvesting now sit on a foundation of bad voter data."
"In Pennsylvania, your mis-delivered ballot to the hands of a bad actor will now have extra time to get turned in and not face the traditional standards for signature verification," Churchwell said. "The only way to absolutely avoid this nightmare is to vote in person."
The analysis comes as states across the country prepare to handle a surge of mail-in voting for the November elections. Numerous problems plagued mail-in voting during the primary elections this year. Nevada's largest county sent out more than 200,000 mail-in primary ballots to the wrong addresses, while reports also indicated that 84,000 mail-in presidential primary ballots cast in New York City were disqualified.

There is a much higher number of living citizens who are not on the voter rolls.
“Just five statesNew York, Texas, Michigan, Florida, and Californiaaccounted for 51 percent...”
The four most populous states. What’s Michigan’s excuse?
I can hear the Democrats aka Demoncrats now: It’s voter suppression not to let the dead people vote.
It's a good argument, dead people need a voice.
My mom received a ballot for my dad who passed away 4 years ago. What do you think a member of the By Any Means Necessary crowd would do in this situation?
This is not fair to the dead. They are very reliable and motivated voters. You can count on them to show up at the polls on election day, albeit in the modern age, most vote by mail.
This explains why the Democrats are running Joe Biden. His base obviously finds a lot in him to identify with.
That’s a lot of fraud and I’m sure that’s not all of it.
I moved from Georgia to Florida.
After I registered to vote in FL, I checked my GA district’s website and found I was still registered to vote.
I faxed in the required information to de-register in GA.
They did it, but didn’t send anything to me to confirm this.
I wonder how many many people have left a trail of registrations behind as they moved from state to state?
I say they are willfully incompetent. They don’t want to remove anybody from their rolls, dead or alive.
15,000 registrants were credited with voting after death in the 2016 and 2018 elections.

This is why judges have allowed up to two weeks after the election to receive ballots. The dead move slowly.
Democrat caucus?
OK, but is anything being done about it?
Tip of iceberg and enough to easily swing the election. I think the DNC has millions of votes in the hole already. If we depend solely on turnout,we may be in very serious trouble.
The dead on the rolls works in OUR favor because when democrats 'vote' the people who don't show up to vote' the dead will be pulled into that form of voter fraud. The first dead person that votes we swoop in with voter fraud units...
That must be just awful, finding that many dead people on voter rolls. Just think of the stink, the maggots, flies and disease.
When someone dies they are not automatically removed from voter registration lists. Simply having dead people on the rolls is not an indicator of voter fraud.
Until they vote
