WASHINGTON (AP) — House Democrats on Wednesday proposed a sweeping bill to curb presidential abuses,
a pitch to voters weeks ahead of Election Day as they try to defeat President Donald Trump,
capture the Senate from Republicans and keep their House majority.
The legislation, a wide-ranging package of new and revised bills, would limit the president’s pardon power,
strengthen laws to ban presidents from receiving gifts or payments from foreign governments,
better protect independent agency watchdogs and whistleblowers from firing or retribution and require better reporting by campaigns of foreign election interference.

Why does it have to stop there? Clinton makes Obama look like a choir boy. And before I get started, I don’t care whether he dropped his zipper or not. But I do care he lied about it to the people who he asked for their complete trust.
I tell you about two incidents that so far pass over anything Obama did, that it is almost worthless to mention Obama. These happened during my department of the army years.
First: In the mid 90’s, while Clinton was receiving illegal campaign funds from China that had to be given back, after the fact, he ignored the DOD and his people and sent Loral and Hughes companies to China to give them the MRV program (missile reentry vehicle) so they could land their failing space shots. This was basically an ICBM program and could be easily converted to weapons. It was. That is how North Korea could launch and hit Hawaii and the west coast of the US when they got it from China.
Second: North Korea has had “cake” in their country for years but didn’t have the capacity to enrich it well. Clinton sent over the super computers to them under cover so they could enrich under the guise of industrial level to garnish the electrical capacity. Clinton sent it through the department of transportation and as money was spent and collected through the different departments, the covert action went partially public (the media said nothing). This why NK is successfully nuclear armed today.
Secretary Ron Brown, commerce secretary, found out about it, and told the Clintons he was going to go public. He flew out the next day but his plane never made it into Croatia and I personally saw the autopsy report on television.
The first one was a bad mistake by the Clinton machine. They displayed xrays and what actually killed Brown was a hole in the back base of his skull. The commentators mentioned that the hole would have to have been made by a drill or a gunshot. The screen went black and an alternative show came on with apologies of losing the feed. A week later, they did it again and this time alternate xrays were shown and there was no mention of the first observations.
If you want to think Obama, even with the rash of questionable actions he did, could start to compare with putting the nation in the periscopes of a foreign rogue nation with nuclear capacity and now sighting, you may want to think again.

Every judge in every court at every level in the US and our territories was at one time a lawyer and set the standard with case law and case decisions all the way through the Supreme Court. Nature of the beast.
