Abortion is far from a non-issue at the federal level. The Federal Judiciary created the issue when they stripped it from the people (legislative branch) in the early 1970s. The Dems fear that the issue will be returned to the people. Let’s see what form abortion takes when everyone has a say so and not just a few people in black robes.
