The point is this — If TikTOk were a PURELY private company with no Chicom ties ( which if so, means user data is being kept in their database ), why is Beijing so concerned about this company’s sale to a US company?

Smithfield (one of our largest food producers ) was sold to a Chinese Conglomerate, did the US Government say that Beijing is ROBBING our assets?
