The story was retracted because they couldn’t confirm it was deliberate and Nashville said the information was always out there - which is true. But the fact of the matter is that they deliberately ignored that info and kept the bars and restaurants locked down.
They didn’t cover it up.
They ignored it.
And what about the email asking if the information was for public consumption and the answer was NO?
