But I don’t think Ivanka would go for a defense of large-capacity magazines! ;-)
The section here on Larsen, and how she has channeled Scalia’s views, is reassuring:

The Dims want 11 Justices so fine. The President nominates Barrett, Britt and Lagoa and gives the Dems their 11 Justices. Trump can say I am acting in a bipartisan manner and giving the Dems what they want! That would make it a 8 conservative 3 liberal and who knows what Roberts is thinking. Just to have parity the Dems, when in control, would have to raises the Justices to 17. They would need 19 to have a majority.
Best part would be watching their heads explode when Trump floats the idea!
