After the Senate confirms, Nan can immediately impeach the judge (make up something, insert here) and find some way (make up something else, insert here) to block sitting on the SCOTUS Bench until Senate agrees to Remove.
Meanwhile, Trump pulls off a miracle and the Dems take case to SCOTUS which at 4-4 can’t decide, unless Roberts shows his RINO side again, wherein Harris becomes President and that’s the end of that and the US. But, Roberts is still able to go to all the swell parties the Dems put on.
Will the house medaling cause dissent in the court? I think so. Roberts will see it as an abuse of power, because there are no trump judges, or Obama judges.
