The rioters started the conflict with the victim and his father, and the citizen fired 2 warning shorts to break it up. A rioter jumped on the citizen from behind, and the citizen reached behind and shot the rioter. Obvious self defense, until the political pressure was put on, and the case was fed to a grand jury.
This is “justice” in America today.
There hasn’t been any ‘justice’ in America for a long time, just a very selective legal system.
Grand jury’s are only as good as the people who serve on them. The chances of a jury being filled with progressive liberals is pretty high these days. And progressive liberals care nothing about the law or justice. They care only about their sick political and moral views. Everything they do is based on that.
