I have to agree with those on other threads that felt something was fishy about this. I also believe something is not right. The Democrats have thoroughly corrupted the Court to the point that it can never be fixed. It will have to be tore down completely and rebuilt from the bottom up. Perhaps a NFL player can put Scurlock’s name on his helmet in honor of his hero. How any decent individual can support the NFL is beyond my powers of comprehension. But obviously they still do. Is there anything that the NFL can do to humiliate you further to demonstrate the degree of contempt they hold you in?

Grand jury’s are only as good as the people who serve on them. The chances of a jury being filled with progressive liberals is pretty high these days. The asshat prosecutors name is Franklin Fredrick he works for the US DA out of Omaha.

The county attorney had already done the investigation and ruled no bill on charges. Then, the dead thugs family raised hell and pressured the county and state to send it to a grand jury. The GJ came back with a manslaughter indictment.
Gardner was protecting himself, his father and his property and justified in shooting his attacker.
The special prosecutor and the family should be sued.
