Grassley is undependable and Mittens hasn’t stated exactly what he’ll do.

Yes, with 53 US Senators, the GOP should be able to confirm a nominee Pres. Trump submits for the RBG’s now vacant seat.

But of that 53, at least 3 are RINOs, Murkowski, Romney and Collins.

It will be voted on. Not sure how much money is being floated to twist this, but it must be huge.

Trump’s term is four years, not three years and nine months, and not three years and nine months minus whatever interval before the election leftist dems deem appropriate. Every minute of those four years bestows upon the President the same power and authority as does any other minute.

Of course, we need to make this moot by making sure that Trump gets eight years total.

Unfortunately, 4 turncoat RINOs have already sworn they will NOT vote for confirmation before the election.

Really, who are they?

Did you just make this up?

Romney, Murkowski, Collins, and initially Grassley all said they would NOT move forward a confirmation before the election.

Since my reply above, Grassley changed his tune - and today it was announced that Romney too had changed his mind and would vote for a “qualified” justice.

I hate to disappoint you, as you seem to prefer to attack people for no reason - but I don’t just make stuff up. I actually pay attention.
