If justice was not rigged then Obama would already be in prison.
Shut up.
Alright!
Okay, Sparky. Will you guys promise not to end the filibuster and the Electoral College, and not to steal the November election?
“I won!”
I'd love to see Ted Cruz demand that Harris recuse herself from the confirmation hearings on the grounds that she would be directly impacted by the result as the Democrat Vice-Presidential nominee.
Of course, Harris will refuse.
Americans will get a very up-close view of her as she interrogates Amy Coney Barrett, and will not like what they see.
The hearings may just swing a lot of voters away from the Harris-Biden ticket.

The Dems are BIG on respecting ‘deathbed wishes’ WHEN it works for them!!! Case in point; “The Lion of the LEFT”, Senator Ted Kennedy (MA-D) in 2009, with Obamacare in the balance.
In 2004, Senator John Kerry (MA-D) looked good for beating Bush’43 BUT Mitt Romney (~R) was Massachusetts Governor and could, under then state law, appoint Kerry’s replacement in the US Senate for the remainder of Kerry’s term. Senator Kennedy put his allies to work and removed that privilege, requiring an immediate election instead.
Forward 5 years, Teddy is dying but waiting for an election to fill his seat would doom the vote for Obamacare in the Senate. In a demonstration of one-party rule more suitable for a banana republic, Massachusetts replaced that 5 year old law to allow Governor Deval Patrick (D) to make a temporary appointment, Paul Kirk, pledged to not run in the subsequent special election. Then, when GOP Candidate Scott Brown shockingly won the election on 19 January, 2010, it was amazing how it took to the very last legal day for his election to be confirmed. Obamacare passed by virtue of this shenanigan and delay, by the Democrats, including the great and mighty ‘O’!
So, Mr.O, stuff this into your pipe!
“urging Republicans to live up to the standard they set in 2016 when they refused to give a hearing to his final nominee, Merrick Garland.”
The Republican Senate never would’ve voted to confirm Garland even if there was a hearing. Nice try Barry.
Because that is exactly what he would NOT do.
It’s RBG’s fault.
She just died too soon. She should have held off till after the election
B Hussein has the gaul. What a twerp. Can any former cult of personality icon be any more vain or desperate to protect their legacy than this guy? Wow... “How the mighty have fallen”.
You’re right. Obama jumped the shark on this one...
It is amusing that the democrats believe they have so much power. A dead woman demands when she may be replaced. An ex-president, who broke every rule, whines about how things should be done. Hellyweirdoes, media pundits, and demonrats congressionals demand their own choices and timing.
Only the President can make the choice. The Senate takes it from there.
Never take advice form a loser.
Oh! The hypocrisy!
