On the other hand, seating Ginsburg’s replacement takes the Supreme Court off the table as a campaign issue. None of the other justices look like they are going anywhere soon. I think the libs may be mad, but hopefully less motivated to vote.
This is pretty big and if done right can insure not just Trumps victory but victory in several Senate races which were in doubt.
This ONE thing nationalizes all the Senate races and could secure a conservative majority in the Senate regardless of who wins the presidency.
