Yep I wonder about that. The current Senate will be in office until Jan 3rd, and could hold hearings and confirm a replacement. Whether they will actually do that who can say.
Trump should seen Barrett’s name in now but I very much doubt. Will Cocaine Mitch fast track it? Would Lindsey fast track it?
