I think Kayleigh McEnany was asked this and said the new list only contained NEW names that weren’t on the old list.
(I’m not sure of this, so perhaps someone else can verify).

I don’t believe Barrett is even on Trump’s list that he announced recently. The recent list was additions to the old list - not a brand new list. Barrett is still in consideration.
