President Trump just told a humorous story about how he has lost a great many friends he’s had for years. “They used to call me Don.” Now they refuse. They call me “Mr. President.” They’re so formal now. I say who the hell are you? We’ve known each other for decades. Call me Don. Yes, Mr. President!
Now, they’re distant. Intimidated. So, now the only friends I have are the congressmen in the Freedom Caucus. Great guys but, not exactly the fun-loving type. If you know what I mean.
