What’s with these allegedly underfunded public schools?
I’ve heard that many big city school systems spend more per capita on publc education than the national average, yet have poor outcomes.
And im sure a Venn diagram would show a big overlap between these school systems and Democrats in charge of those schools.
They have poor outcomes because the students have no desire to learn. Oprah went to the inner cities for young gals and left.....she said the students had zero passsion for learning...took her programs to Africa.
