Yes, you are right. President Trump's Achilles heel is picking the wrong people, and then dismissing them long after the damage has already been done.

There are countless examples, starting with Jeff Sessions. And let's not forget Rex "Rainbow" Tillerson.

I hope to God that after the President wins reelection, there will be a massive purge. President Trump is way too tolerant of insubordination.
