I follow Grenell on Twitter. He posted about this and the responses are very enlightening. Add “safety” to the other reasons already stated on this thread.
He’s been an outspoken patriot and strong Trump supporter, I’m sure many gay men have taken note of his logical arguments.

That might have something to do with BLM rampaging through city neighborhoods combined with the fact that black males aren’t particularly approving of the homosexual lifestyle. At some point, gay men just might start to think the Dem’s encouragement of all the BLM rioting just might not be good for their own health.
