Illegal immigrants from the nations listed in the case will have a grace period to find a way to legally remain in the United States according to Reuters, but the 9th Circuit Court’s ruling still makes it significantly more difficult for illegal immigrants from those countries to avoid deportation.

This is why it is so critical that Trump be reelected.
The 9th Circus is a huge group of judges. There’s some good judges in it, some okay judges, some bad judges, and some lunatics. The weird/scary rulings you see from in headlines out of the 9th come when you get a few of the lunatics on the same case and they issue some insane ruling that defies all common sense.
It’s getting better as President Trump has been filling vacancies. Another 4 years of appointments and it’ll churn out more good rulings than bad ones. It’s large enough that Congress should probably break it up a bit. But I wouldn’t trust the current Congress to do so in a way that makes any sense whatsoever.
Surely THESE people shouldn’t be counted in the census, for they won’t be here to be represented.

The newspapers and magazines, TV, shouting with glee that they can create untold number of human interest stories full of crying families that only wanted to see the American dream, etc....meanwhile the untold story would be that said freeloader family never made a dime, dealt drugs, involved with gangs and crime, and...
