Yes, DJT lost NH in 2016 by less than 3,000 vote...

He would be wise to spend some time in the Granite state, and was glad to see that he started his post-convention campaign with a rally, I think in Derry...

Does anyone know if Shaheen can be ousted...she always seems to win in tight races with about 50% of the vote...???

Apparently, Corky Messner and Don Boldoc both thought that Shaheen could be beat. Messner and Boldoc both ran a good Republican Senate primary campaign. Messner ending up winning 54/43. I personally supported former General Boldoc. Messner basically self funded his campaign. Boldoc was running from behind to start. Plus Trump had given his support early on to Messner.

I think Shaheen is going to be hard to beat. Obviously, she has the advantage of being incumbent. Secondly, she was a popular governor. I think people look at her as the nice grandmother image. That is what the TV ads try to portray.
The other thing is that she really has not done anything wrong, other than be a Democrat. She brings home the pork. She saves the Portsmouth Shipyard every time the Navy tries to close it. She finally got the Army Corp of Engineers to dredge Rye harbor.

As far as our two US congressional races go it appears Mowers has a shot at defeating first time incumbent Democrat congressman Pappas in district #1. However, it seems as Ann Kuster will probably be reelected in district #2. District #2 is going to be a rematch of 2 years ago between Gendron and Kuster. Again, I supported another Republican candidate over Gendron. She(Blankenbecker) came in second.

New Hampshire allows same-day voter registration, as do 14 other states..

Over 6,500 Massachusetts residents were bused to NH to cast ballots against Trump and the US Senator.. >> Kelly Ayotte lost her seat by 1,017 votes.

Donald Trump lost to Hillary in New Hampshire by 2,736 votes..

more than 80% of voters who registered on Nov. 8 using out-of-state driver’s licenses, or 5,313 of them, neither had a state license nor registered a motor vehicle almost 10 months later.
