I don’t care. He must still have political plans for himself.
Maybe that’s why he thinks there is a need to ‘explain’.
In his mind, there’s still a political career and a chance to participate (maybe in Joe Biden’s cabinet, as a fantasy).
The problem with this guy, when you stand back and observe, he’s admitting he is a sex-addict and would do anything, under any condition, with the right drugs/booze in his system. You can probably go back to his late teens, and find the same behavior.
He needs to get a job filling sandbags and keep his mind off weird stuff.
