The accused needn't worry...Massachusetts (The Gay State) has "been there,done that".In a case decided a couple of years ago the Massachusetts felony conviction of "Caetano" was overturned...9-0...by SCOTUS. In the opinion SCOTUS ruled that the Massachusetts Supreme Court's decision upholding the conviction on a weapons possesion charge was "frivolous".
