The goal isn’t to get guns out of criminals’ hands—they don’t obey laws anyway. The goal is to get them out of our hands. Pass all the California laws on a national scale, pack SCOTUS to neuter the 2nd Amendment. Require ‘common sense’ licensing of gun owners on a Federal level. Make ownership of firearms so difficult and legally risky to make many turn firearms in.
Look at the couple in St. Louis. They are facing felony charges although they hurt no one. The crowds threatening them weren’t charged for breaking and entering and one of them will sit in the next Congress.
The folks who own them won’t turn them in, black market sales will go through the stratosphere.
You can purchase a firearm on just about any street corner or in any ally, just have to be willing to deal with criminals.

they had their people blatantly talking about thismis how you go about banning guns, using the false ‘common sense’ gun laws fake tactic
